State of the art multifunctional wet/dry filter that can be operated in 100% berlin mode with two 100-micron filtration bags for superior water quality, 100% wet/dry bio-ball mode, or a combined wet/dry and berlin mode for the ultimate in water clarity and oxygen saturation.

Additionally the Berliner WD-125 incorporates two independently operated fluidized bed chemical filtration reactors to accommodate carbon, phosphate removers, nitrate removers, or any other chemical filter media. Bypass-free operation of the reactors ensures ultra-efficient chemical filtration.

Berliner WD-125 has been designed with a super-flow capacity weir for handling very large flow rates and a noise elimination chamber for quiet operation.

We/dry filter drain kit

Drain assembly for wet/dry filters

This Drain Kit is intended for use with Berliner WD filters. It also fits standard 1-inch PVC pipes or 1.25-inch OD barbed fittings.

Each kit includes:

1. PVC corrugated hose 1.0-inch ID - 4 feet;
2. PVC hose cuffs (not mounted on hose) - 2 EA;
3. Nylon 66 Clamps 1.5-inch ID - 2 EA;
4. Tube of silicone 1 fl.oz - 1 EA

Hose must be measured and cut to optimal length for a particular drain plumbing. Hose cuffs must then be installed onto both ends of hose with silicone sealant alowing 24 hours curing time before use.

The 100-micron polyester felt filter bags are extremely effective at providing both fine mechanical filtration (water polishing) and a full scale biological filtration. These bags are washable and can also be bleached many times to sustain optimal flow capacity.

The 300-micton polyester mesh screens are extremely effective at retaining even the smallest granulated or palletized chemical media. Screens are washable and re-useable.
