Returning a Product for Exchange or Refund
We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase from Magnavore Company, LLC. In the unlikely event that you are not, all of our products are backed by our 30-day money back guarantee. If you wish to return a product, please follow the instructions below to receive your return authorization. A return authorization number is required for all returned packages. Packages without this number will be refused, so please follow these instructions carefully.
If you have reason to believe your product is defective or might not be working the way you expected, please contact our customer service department before filling out this form. Chances are we can answer your questions and get the product working for you without you having to return or exchange it. You can contact customer service at orders@magnavore.com.
When returning an item for exchange or refund, please box it back up in the original factory carton and shipping container with all the original accessories, hardware, manuals, etc. Packages that are returned with missing components may be charged a replacement fee. Unless approved by customer service shipping charges for returned products are not refundable.
